I would like to help & motivate you all who are on this simple & effective diet by sharing what I have been through & still on. I am a chef & I live to eat, ( I am not kidding) my life revolves around my family & food, I smell & see it every waking moment, & even in my dreams, I read cookbooks almost every night because I love to cook & imagine food, also more practically I have to plan my familys meal for the next day!

We are all going to have different aspirations for the cleanse, some of us might have the same goal in losing weight, however its the finer detail of the goal that makes the difference.

Looking for the fine detail within your desire is what is going to get you to your goal. If its for example weight you are trying to lose then get your scissors and cut out pictures of people that look the way you desire. Or you could cut out images of clothes that you would adore to be wearing. During your cleansing, these images are going to provide you with a massive tool to help you push through the cleansing process. You could make an image board and paste all of them on and then put the board up somewhere that you can regularly see it, or perhaps glueing all of them around the house so you can see them no matter where you are, dont forget the outside of your fridge and inside as well!
